At Northern Michigan University, bad address data was delaying time-sensitive communication and impacting procedures such as the delivery of campus parking permits. The IT department's strategy included integration of QuickAddress Pro Web from QAS with its administrative suite, SCT Banner from SunGard.

With the new software installed, student data can now be instantly verified against official postal authority data and errors such as missing ZIP codes are corrected. If the address is undeliverable when entered, the student is instantly prompted to correct the address themselves.

Credit Unions Select QAS...

Multiple credit unions across the U.S. have recently purchased QuickAddress software to improve member service and reduce operational costs. QAS helps credit unions collect and maintain accurate member information in their core processing systems so they can effectively communicate with their members.

“With help from QAS, we’ve experienced a reduction in mailing expenses due to bad addresses and improved identification of households,” notes Gerardo Esparza, business analyst at Smart Financial Credit Union.

Other U.S. based credit unions that have recently selected QAS products include: Paradise Valley Federal Credit Union, Los Angeles Fireman’s Credit Union, and Congressional Federal Credit Union of Oakton, VA.

The Great Delivery Race featured on cover of BtoB Magazine!

Some of you may remember a few issues back, QAS created an online game, The Great Delivery Race, to educate customers and get the word out about our software.

Most recently, BtoB Magazine featured a discussion around The Great Delivery Race on its cover.

The article explains, "In 'The Great Delivery Race,' a graphical online game reminiscent of the classic 'Pac-Man' video game, players transport items to delivery points, racking up points as they go. Holiday Special: QAS Rallies to Raise Money for Local Families

Undoubtedly, QAS software will be responsible for making sure many gifts are addressed accurately and delivered correctly this Holiday season.

However, at QAS we do our best to remember that some kids may not receive many presents at all around this time of the year.

Therefore for the second year running, members of our Boston office rallied together to raise money for local underprivileged children.

Employees headed for the USPS® sorting office here in Boston to pick out letters addressed to Santa and used the $1,300 raised to buy and send gifts to local families in need.

So with that, we wish you all the very best this Holiday Season and a prosperous New Year!
